1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

3. Domestic Shipping

For orders within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses

We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. Please note that these addresses can only be shipped via USPS.

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@solaroutdoorwalllights.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages. Please provide your order number and any relevant details (e.g., photos of damaged packaging/items). We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Due to various restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is on a restricted list, you will be notified during the checkout process.
