At Solar Outdoor Wall Lights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your 4 Pack Solar Powered Porch Lights, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@solaroutdoorwalllights.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive RMA Number: Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without an RMA number, as it may delay your refund.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refund Method and Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
4. Customer Responsible for Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged or defective (see section 6), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@solaroutdoorwalllights.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the damage/defect. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs. We may provide a pre-paid return label for damaged/defective items.
7. Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@solaroutdoorwalllights.com. For non-defective items, you would need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
